Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

How to request a return: Contact us at support@petglamrecovery.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll review your request and provide return instructions.

Important — Sizing returns: We strongly encourage you to use our Size Guide before purchasing to ensure the best fit. Returns due to incorrect size selection are accepted only if the item is unworn and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items: Items that show signs of use, washing, or removal of tags cannot be returned or refunded.

Damages and issues: If you receive a defective or wrong item, contact us immediately with photos and we'll make it right.

Exchanges: To exchange for a different size, simply place a new order for the correct size. Once your return is approved, you will be refunded for the original purchase.

Refunds: Once your return is approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Fulfillment: Our orders are processed and shipped through Amazon Fulfillment (FBA), ensuring fast and reliable delivery across the United States.
